I RESOLUTION NO. 3856 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER A MEMORANDUM OF UNDER - <br />3 STANDING FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS <br />OF THE COLTON POLICE ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY <br />4 OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1978. <br />5 WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the <br />61 results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and represen- <br />7 Itatives of the Colton Police Association held pursuant to Government Code <br />8 Section 3500, et seq.; <br />9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understand - <br />10 �ing marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto is incorporated into and,made a part of <br />11 Resolution No. 3856. <br />12 i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall <br />13 be effective as of July 1, 1978. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1978. <br />15 <br />16 <br />FRANK A.
