9 <br />10 <br />121 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17-1 <br />n <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />M <br />WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Colton and <br />is uninhabited territory in the County of San Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, said territory is part of the County Service Area No. 38 <br />and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and County Service Area No. <br />70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area No. 70, and the City of Colton <br />will furnish weed abatement, animal and pest control and Fire protection to this <br />annexed territory; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />Japprove the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of <br />(Colton and does hereby further resolve that the said territory be and is hereby <br />lannexed to the City of Colton; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />declares the hereinafter described territory withdrawn from County Service Area <br />No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and County Service <br />Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone -A of County Service Area No. 70; , <br />That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton, <br />is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San Bernardino <br />State of California, more particularly described as follows: <br />That portion of Lots 4 and 5, Hyser's Subdivision, in the County <br />of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in <br />Book I of Records of Survey, page 37, records of said County, that <br />portion of Lot 4, Rosedale Tract, as per map recorded in Book 12 <br />of Maps, Page 41, records of said County, and those portions of <br />the adjoining streets, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the center line intersection of Litton and Rosedale <br />Avenues, said point being also in the existing city limits of <br />Colton <br />Thence leaving said city limits Southerly along said center line <br />of Rosedale Avenue to a point in said center line which is North- <br />erly 623.86 feet from its intersection with the center line of <br />Palm Avenue; <br />Thence North <890 55' 51" West, 386.37 feet; <br />Thence North 180 43' 12" East, 125.61 feet to the beginning of'a <br />- <br />non-ta.ngent curve, concave Northeasterly and having a radius of <br />
