1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO.. 3881 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF RESOLU- <br />TIONS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON REGARDING AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE COOLEY <br />RANCH, PROJECT NO. 4, CONSENTING TO THE <br />HOLDING OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br />BY THE AGENCY AND THE CITY COUNCIL, SETTING <br />A DATE FOR SUCH HEARING AND PROVIDING FOR <br />THE GIVING OF NOTICE THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received from the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") its <br />resolution entitled: <br />"Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency for <br />the City of Colton Consenting to the Holding <br />of a Joint Public Hearing on Amendment No. 1 <br />to the Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley <br />Ranch, Project No. 4, Requesting the City <br />Council to Consent to and Order the Holding <br />of Same.; and Authorizing Publication and <br />Mailing of Notice Thereof." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. A joint public hearing on the proposed <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley Ranch, <br />Project No. 4, is hereby ordered to be held by the City Council <br />and the Agency as follows: <br />Date: January 3, 1979 <br />Time: 8:30 p.m. <br />//1 <br />
