The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed, in cooperation with the Secretary of the Agency, to <br />cause notice of such joint public hearing, substantially in <br />the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A," to be published once <br />a week for three (3) successive weeks prior to the hearing. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause copies of the notice of such joint public <br />hearing, together with Amendment No. 1 to the Redevelopment <br />Plan, to be mailed by certified mail with return receipt <br />requested to the last known assessee of each parcel of land <br />within the boundaries of the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4, at <br />his last known address as shown on the last equalized assess- <br />ment roll of the County. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause copies of the notice of such joint public <br />hearing together with Amendment No. I to the Redevelopment <br />Plan, to be mailed by certified mail with return receipt <br />requested to the governing body of each of the taxing agencies <br />which levy taxes upon any property in the Cooley Ranch, Project <br />No. 4, and to the County of San Bernardino and the State Board <br />of Equalization. <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the <br />WAI <br />
