Over 300 kwhr per kw* of billing <br />demand, per kwhr 7.184 <br />*Not less than 20kw. <br />Total charge equal sum of customer charge, energy charge, and demand <br />charge. <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />VOLTAGE: <br />1. Service will be supplied at one standard voltage. Three-phase and single- <br />phase normally will be served through one meter installation. <br />RATE SELECTION: <br />2. Rate B is applicable when a demand meter is installed in accordance with <br />Condition 3. <br />3. A maximum demand meter will be installed when, in the opinion of the <br />utility, the customer load and use characteristics indicate that the <br />maximum demand may exceed 20kw or when the customer's use exceeds <br />3000 kwhr aer month. <br />BILLING DEMAND: <br />4. Billing demand shall be the kilowatts of measured maximum demand but <br />not less than 50% of the highest demand established in the preceding <br />eleven months. Billing demand shall be determined to the nearest 1,/10 kw. <br />TEMPORARY DISCONTIUANCE OF SERVICE: <br />5. When the energy is seasonal or intermittent, no adjustment will be made <br />for a temporary discontinuance of service. Any customer, prior to <br />resuming service within twelve months after such service was discontinued, <br />will be required to pay all charges which would have been billed if <br />service had not been discontinued. <br />FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT: <br />6. The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in schedule <br />F.C.A. The applicable fuel cost adjustment billing factor set forth <br />therein will be applied to all kwhr billed under this schedule. <br />
