<br />Weed and Rubbish Abatement Property List for 1983 on file in the Office of the
<br />Director of Community Services of the City of Colton which is incorporated here-
<br />in by reference.
<br />3. That the City Council does hereby find, determine and declare that
<br />said weeds situated along and upon said property and streets and also said rub-
<br />bish, refuse, dirt, dry grass, stubble, brush, litter or other inflammable mater
<br />ial that exists upon parkways, sidewalks, or private property within the City of
<br />Colton are and the same are hereby declared to be a public nuisance and that the
<br />same shall be abated by the removal of said weeds, rubbish, refuse, dirt or
<br />other materials by the owners of said property or other persons on their behalf
<br />or that otherwise said weeds, rubbish, dirt or other material shall be removed
<br />and said nuisance abated by the City of Colton in which case the cost of said
<br />removal shall be assessed upon the land lots on which, or in front of which such
<br />weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt are removed and such cost shall constitute a lie
<br />upon such lots and lands until paid under proceedings to be taken in accordance
<br />
