That a hearing shall be held before the City Council in the Counci <br />Chambers in the City Hall in Colton, California, on the 5th of April, 1983, at <br />the hour of 7:30 p. m. o'clock of said day, at which time all property owners <br />having objections to the proposed removal of said weeds, rubbish, refuse, dirt <br />and other material in accordance with the proceedings set forth in the aforemen- <br />tioned Act may be heard and their objections and protests considered by said <br />City Council. <br />5. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 39567.1, this City <br />Council does hereby authorize the City Clerk of this City to request the County <br />Assessor to furnish a list of names and addresses of all persons owning property, <br />described in this resolution. <br />6. That said City shall reimburse said County for the actual cost of <br />furnishing such list and the cost shall be part of the costs of abatement. <br />7. That the City Clerk at least five days prior to the time of said <br />hearin-g shall cause to be mailed to the owners of the property on which or in <br />front of which said nuisance exists, notice of said hearing and the passage of <br />this resolution, said notice to be in accordance with provisions of the Weed <br />Abatement Law, (Chapter 13, Title 4, Division 3, Government Code and Amendments <br />thereto) of the State of California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1983. <br />-4LBEfTT A.
