1' 21 3 4 5 6 7� 8 9' 10 11 1.2 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20'' 2111 22'' 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 4305 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "COLTON AN- NEXATION SOUTH 41" TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND DETACHING SAID ANNEXED AREA FROM THE BLOOMING- TON PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT, COUNTY SERVICE AREA 38, IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA 70 AND IMPROVE[IIENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA 70. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- cribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Bernardino in accordance with the District Reorganization Act (Govt. Code Section 56000 et. seq.); and WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the Local Agency Formation Commission and on January 12, 1983, the Commission adopted a resolution, being Resolution No. 1847, approving the proposed annexation, subject to the following conditions: 1. The conducting authority for this reorganization shall be the City of Colton. 2. The boundaries are approved as shown in the Exhibit A attached. 3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be used throughout this proceeding: LAFC 2203. 4. Included in the City's resolution depicting final action shall be the detachment of County Service Area 38 (fire protection), Im- provement Zone G of CSA 38, County Service Area 70 (countywide), and Improvement Zone A of CSA 70 (weed abatement) without split of assets or liabilities. 5. Approval is granted to proceed without notice, hearing or election with 100% consent of the property owner. 6. The date of issuance of the Certificate of Completion shall be the effective date of this reorganization.
