1' <br />21 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7� <br />8 <br />9' <br />10 <br />11 <br />1.2 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20'' <br />2111 <br />22'' <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4305 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN <br />UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "COLTON AN- <br />NEXATION SOUTH 41" TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND <br />DETACHING SAID ANNEXED AREA FROM THE BLOOMING- <br />TON PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT, COUNTY <br />SERVICE AREA 38, IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF COUNTY <br />SERVICE AREA 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA 70 AND <br />IMPROVE[IIENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA 70. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: <br />WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- <br />cribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner <br />filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission <br />in the County of San Bernardino in accordance with the District Reorganization <br />Act (Govt. Code Section 56000 et. seq.); and <br />WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the <br />Local Agency Formation Commission and on January 12, 1983, the Commission <br />adopted a resolution, being Resolution No. 1847, approving the proposed <br />annexation, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The conducting authority for this reorganization shall be <br />the City of Colton. <br />2. The boundaries are approved as shown in the Exhibit A attached. <br />3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be <br />used throughout this proceeding: LAFC 2203. <br />4. Included in the City's resolution depicting final action <br />shall be the detachment of County Service Area 38 (fire protection), Im- <br />provement Zone G of CSA 38, County Service Area 70 (countywide), and <br />Improvement Zone A of CSA 70 (weed abatement) without split of assets or <br />liabilities. <br />5. Approval is granted to proceed without notice, hearing or <br />election with 100% consent of the property owner. <br />6. The date of issuance of the Certificate of Completion shall <br />be the effective date of this reorganization. <br />
