1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5. <br />6 <br />7 <br />M <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />i4 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />231 <br />241 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Resolution No. <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of <br />Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is hereby <br />annexed to the City of Colton; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />declares the hereinafter described territory detached from the Bloomington <br />Park and Recreation District, County Service Area 38, Improvement Zone G of <br />County Service Area 38, County Service Area 70 and Improvement Zone A of <br />County Service Area 70. <br />That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton <br />is herein approved, is all that territory situated in the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached. <br />That the regular County assessment roll be used for tax purposes. <br />That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing bonded <br />indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. <br />That the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of this <br />Resolution, to file a copy of Said Resolution with the Executive Officer of <br />the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino and to <br />transmit a remittance to cover the fees required by Government Code Section <br />35201 to the said Executive Officer. <br />That the City Clerk is further directed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the appropriate County and State Agencies as required. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th d ay of April, 1983. <br />ATTEST:---�� <br />�Ma <br />yyr <br />HELEN A.
