1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 1, <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 � <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4309 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON COMMITTING AND <br />SCHEDULING THE USE OF CONSTRUCTION <br />TAX FEES. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1522 of the City of Colton pro- <br />vides for construction tax fees and such fees have been received <br />by the City and are now on hand, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton wishes <br />to develop a schedule specifying when, where and how it will use <br />the said fees to develop park or recreational facilities and to <br />commit said fees therefore, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has re- <br />ferred such matters to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the <br />City and has received its report thereon, which comprises the ex- <br />hibit attached hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Colton as follows: <br />The attached report of the Parks and Recreation Commis- <br />sion is approved, the schedule therein provided is adopted, the <br />construction tax fees on hand are committed to the accomplishment <br />thereof, and the same shall be implemented. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, <br />1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />I <br />"LEN A.
