The proposed District encompasses all the <br />real property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, and shall be <br />designated as City of Colton Landscaping & Lighting Maintenance <br />District No. 1. <br />Section 4. The City Engineer of the City of Colton is <br />hereby appointed as Engineer for the purpose of preparing the <br />written report provided for in Article 4 (commencing with Section <br />22565) of Chapter 1 of Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code, and is hereby directed to prepare and file such <br />report with the City Clerk. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, <br />1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />( Ili Lq?
