Fire Hydrant Assemblies - 6" x 4" x 2-1/211: <br />On 6" and 8" Mains - $1,700 complete <br />On 10" and larger Mains - $2,000 complete <br />SECTION 7. <br />A. Frontage Charge: <br />A connection charge per foot multiplied by the front <br />footage of the property to be served which fronts the water main <br />shall be paid to the City by the applicant before such connection <br />is made. In no event will the front footage so computed be less <br />than that which is allowed for the minimum lot width in that zone. <br />The frontage charge shall include all mains, valves, <br />fire hydrants and appurtenances which have been, or shall be in- <br />stalled, by the City in said streets or easements. <br />1. Charge for Residential Zones: <br />(a) Tract or Subdivision on each side of <br />the street - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $10.00 per foot* <br />(b) Individual Lots and Parcel Maps - - - $12.50 per foot* <br />2. Charge for Commercial Zones - - - - - - - - $15.00 per foot* <br />3. Charge for Industrial Zones - - - - - - - - $15.00 per foot* <br />*Plus $4.00 per foot of pipe for pavement removal and <br />replacement where applicable. This fee will be re- <br />funded if the developer removes and replaces pavement <br />or if pipeline alignment is outside the paved area. <br />
