Notice is hereby given that Tuesday, <br />September 6, 1983 at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers in <br />the Colton City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, Cali- <br />fornia, are hereby fixed as the time and place for a hearing by <br />the City Council on the question of the levying and collection <br />of the proposed special assessments for fiscal year 1984-1985, <br />and that any interested persons may file a written protest with <br />the City Clerk prior to the conclusion of the hearing, which <br />protest must state all grounds of objection and describe the <br />property within the District owned by them. <br />Section 6. The City Clerk has given notice of this <br />hearing, by causing this proposed resolution of intention to be <br />published as required by §22626 and §22552 of the California <br />Streets & Highways Code. The Colton Courier is hereby desig- <br />nated as the newspaper in which the Clerk shall publish this <br />resolution of intention.
