The maintenance proposed to be performed <br />consists of the ordinary and usual maintenance, operation, and <br />servicing of certain public parkways, parks and public lighting <br />facilities, including: <br />(a) Repair, removal, or replacement of all or any <br />part of the improvements thereon; <br />(b) Providing for the life, growth, health, and <br />beauty of the landscaping thereon, including cultivation, irri- <br />gation trimming, spraying, fertilizing, or treating for disease <br />or injury; and <br />(c) The removal of trimming, rubbish, debris, and <br />other solid waste. <br />(d) The furnishing of services and materials for the <br />ordinary and usual maintenance_ operation and servicing of all <br />works of improvements used or useful for the lighting of any <br />public places, including ornamental standards, luminaries, <br />poles, supports, tunnels, manholes, vaults, conduits, pipes, <br />wires, conductors, guys, stubs, platforms, braces, transfoi.—mers, <br />insulators, contacts, switches, capacitors, meters, communica- <br />tion circuits, appliances, attachments, and appurtenances. <br />Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the City <br />Report on file with the Cit Clerk for a full and <br />Engineer's Repo y <br />detailed description of the existing improvements and mainte- <br />nance, the boundaries of the proposed District, and the proposed <br />assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br />District. <br />SIC <br />
