ill <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />261 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4380 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING <br />AND PROVIDING FOR CONTRIBUTION TO PAY <br />CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSES IN AN ASSESS- <br />MENT DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF COLTON, CALI- <br />FORNIA, has, by Resolution, declared it intention to authorize the <br />construction of certain works of improvement pursuant to the terms <br />and provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being <br />Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, in a special assessment district known as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and <br />WHEREAS, this City Council is desirous of providing a <br />contribution at this time to pay a portion of the costs and ex- <br />penses of the work and proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement with the <br />City of Rialto for the payment of said contribution as specified <br />in the proceedings by the City of Rialto for the construction of <br />drainage improvements within the Assessment District; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10205 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this <br />City Council may provide for a contribution to pay a portion of the <br />costs and expenses at any time prior to the confirmation of the <br />proceedings on said Assessment District. <br />correct. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1.
