That the City Council hereby approves and <br />authorizes the collection and payment of the monies set forth as a <br />contribution in the Engineer's "Report" as herein presented relat- <br />ing to the above referenced Assessment District. <br />Said contribution shall be used to pay for <br />the items of work as set forth in said Engineer's "Report", and the <br />payment shall be from the funds as indicated therein. <br />SECTION 3.
