That the above recital s are al 1 true and <br />correct. <br />SECTION 2. That this City Council hereby rejects all of <br />said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and does <br />hereby award the construction contract for doing said work and <br />making improvements in the Assessment District to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, to -wit: <br />RIVERSIDE CONSTRUCTION CO. <br />at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file with the <br />transcript of these proceedings and open for public inspection. <br />SECTION 3. That this award of contract is hereby condi- <br />tioned <br />ondi-tioned upon and made subject to the receipt of monies and proceeds <br />
