NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does here- by approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is hereby an- nexed to the City of Colton; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton declares the hereinafter described territory detached from County Service Area 38, Improvement Zone G of County Service Area 38, County Service Area 70, and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area 70. That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situated in the County of San �Bernardin, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A at- Itached. That the regular County assessment roll be used for tax purposes. That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. That the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution, to file a copy of said Resolution with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino and to transmit a remittance to cover the fees required by Government Code Section 35201 to the said Executive Officer. That the City Clerk is further directed to forward copies of this Resolution to the appropriate County and State Agencies as required. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1983.
