SALARY INCREASE <br />Effective January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, <br />provision to each represented employee of a three <br />percent (30) base salary increase. Such increase will <br />apply to each step within a pay range. <br />F <br />2. HEALTH INSURANCE <br />Effective January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, <br />the City shall provide each represented employee a sum <br />equal to one hundred percent (1000) of the premiums <br />applicable to the Health Net medical insurance program, <br />Group number 50766A for the provision of "FAMILY" Coverage. <br />"FAMILY" coverage is that coverage which exists for the <br />employee and two or more dependents. At the commencement <br />date of this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, such "FAMILY" <br />coverage is equal to $216.24. <br />During the entire term of this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, the City <br />shall pay all HEALTH NET premium increases as regards <br />"FAMILY" coverage, resulting in the City continuing to pay <br />one -hundred percent (100%) HEALTH NET, a City -paid premium <br />equal to the value of one-hundredpercent (1000) City -paid <br />HEALTH NET premiums for "FAMILY" coverage.
