OPTICAL PLAN <br />Effective January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, <br />the City shall provide to each represented employee and <br />eligible dependents, an optical plan as follows: <br />A. An examination by an ophthalmologist designated <br />by the City. <br />B. A maximum of $50.00 per year to be applied toward <br />eyeglasses (lenses and frames). <br />4. TERM LIFE INSURANCE <br />Effective January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, the <br />City shall provide a total of $16,500 term life insurance <br />for each represented employee. <br />5. EMERGENCY MEALS <br />The City will by March 1, 1984, establish a policy on <br />emergency meals which will authorize department heads <br />to provide meals to employees held over or called back for <br />emergency situations. <br />6.
