MAINTENANCE OF BENEFITS <br />All other terms and conditions of employment of all <br />employees represented in existence immediately prior to, <br />the effective date of this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />shall remain the same, unchanged and infullforce and <br />effect unless altered by mutual agreement of the City of <br />Colton and the general employees through San Bernardino <br />Public Employees Association. <br />13. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING shall remain in full force <br />and effect from January 1, 1984, through and including <br />December 31, 1984. <br />14. SAVINGS CLAUSE <br />Should any provision of this agreement be held invalid by <br />a court of competent jurisdiction,.then the remaining <br />provision shall remain in full force and effect. <br />15. COUNCIL ACTION <br />If this agreement is acceptable to the City Council, <br />then the City Council shall adopt the agreement by appro- <br />priate action at the first regularly scheduled Council <br />Meeting. <br />4- <br />
