Payment of insurance premiums <br />+ <br />will include health, dental, life and optical. <br />i 8. The City will provide a side letter to the San Bernardino <br />Public Employees Association General Unit by March 1, 1984, <br />relating to policy establishing individual classification <br />studies. <br />9. CONTRACT BAR <br />It is understood that this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />shall constitute a bar to any petition or request for <br />recognition in any unit which includes classifications <br />of employees covered by this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />where such petition or request seeks to represent such <br />employees at any time prior to the expiration of this <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. <br />10. SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION <br />Scope of representation shall include all matters pertaining <br />to wages, hours;, and other terms and conditions of employmen <br />11. ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP <br />All employee members of the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association who were members of the Association on June <br />30, 1981, and those employees who thereafter become members <br />shall remain as members in good ,standing of said Association <br />for the duration of this agreement. <br />-3- <br />
