SALARY INCREASE <br />Effective January 1, 1984, provision to each -represented <br />employee of.a three percent (30) base salary increase. Such <br />increases will apply to each step within a pay range. <br />2. HEALTH INSURANCE <br />Effective January 1, 1984, through December 31, 1984, the <br />City shall continue to provide to each represented employee, <br />health insurance coverage in accordance with 1983 M.O.U., <br />Section 2, including any premium increase through the life <br />of this agreement. <br />3. SICK LEAVE DISBURSEMENT <br />The Sick Leave Disbursement Clause of the 1983 M.O.U., <br />Section 6, line 6, shall be amended to.read twenty (20) <br />years instead of (30) years. <br />4. Effective January 1, 1984, each eligible represented employee <br />in possession of a P.O.S.T. Supervisory Certificate in <br />accordance with the Commission of Peace Officer Standards and <br />Training regulations shall receive 2m of base salary above <br />the incentive allowance for a P.O.S.T. Advanced Certificate. <br />5. Effective January 1, 1984, the uniform maintenance allowance <br />will be increased by $25.00 per month for each represented <br />employee. <br />6. Effective January 1, 1984, each represented employee and <br />eligible dependents will be provided an optical program <br />
