An annual examination by a licensed ophthalmologist of <br />the City's choice at no expense to the employee or <br />eligible dependents. <br />B. An annual amount of up to .$50.00 each year toward lenses <br />and frames for each employee or eligibledependents as <br />required. <br />7. Effective January 1, 1984, each represented employee will <br />receive one additional holiday to be recognized on the third <br />Mondayin Januar of <br />each y ea <br />ch year (Martin Luther King Day.) <br />(In 1984 only, this holiday shall be treated as a floating <br />holiday.) <br />8. Effective January 1, 1985, the City Holiday formula will be <br />revised to provide one floating holiday per year instead of <br />two election day holidays every other year to each represented <br />employee,.resulting in 13 holidays per year. <br />9. CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS <br />Designated officers of the Association shall be provided <br />i <br />reasonable time while on duty, to conduct business related to <br />the affairs of the Association. Recognizing the difficulty <br />of defining what constitutes "reasonable" time, the parties <br />agree that the definition of reasonable shall be provided by <br />a case by case basis with the understanding by all parties <br />that the.needs and objectives of the organization are of prime <br />importance. <br />10.
