Said changes or organization shall be subject to the <br />terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1919 of the Local <br />6 Agency Formation Commission for a full and complete description of <br />7 1 <br />said terms and conditions. <br />8 <br />d. Preliminary proceedings were commenced when the app- <br />licant(Harvey) made application to the Local Agency Formation on <br />10 <br />December 12, 1983, making a proposal for this annexation. <br />11 <br />e. The reasons for the proposed annexation are: So that <br />12 the applicant may use city sewer facilities after annexation. <br />13 <br />f. The Clerk of the City of Colton is hereby directed to <br />14 <br />advertise the proposed annexation for public hearing on July 17, ,, <br />1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. <br />16 <br />17 g. Any interested person desiring to make written protest <br />against said annexation shall do so by written communication filed <br />18 <br />19 with the City Clerk not later than the hour above stated for the <br />public hearing. A written protest by a landowner shall contain a <br />20 <br />21 description sufficient to identify the land owned by him; a protest <br />22 by a voter shall contain the residential address of such voter. <br />23 h.
