This Resolution supersedes any previous actions of the Council <br />with regard to Elliott that are inconsistent herewith. This Resolution <br />states the present intention of the Council and shall operate prospectively. <br />This Resolution also states the intention of the Council when the Council <br />previously acted in this matter. It is the intention of the Council that <br />at all times Elliott be shown as a PERS local safety member. <br />5. City staff, including without limitation, the City Finance <br />Department, is directed to report and remit to PERS on the basis that Elliott <br />is a local safety member and to take no action inconsistent therewith. <br />6. A copy of this Resolution duly certified shall be delivered <br />to PERS. The Council requests PERS to continue Elliott's classification <br />as a local safety member. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and adopted August /, 1984 . <br />A.
