1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />community; and <br />WHEREAS, this City Council pursuant to California <br />Health & Safety Code Section 33445 wishes to authorize the <br />Redevelopment Agency to enter into a contract with the Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of San Bernardino to reimburse the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino for costs <br />associated with the construction of certain public.improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby resolve and declare as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council hereby determines that the <br />construction of public improvements in Hunts Lane is of benefit <br />to the Project Area, the surrounding neighborhood in which the <br />Project Area is located and the entire community of the City <br />of Colton; <br />SECTION 2: The City Council further determines that no <br />other reasonable means of financing the construction of <br />said public improvements is available. <br />SECTION 3: The City Council hereby approves and <br />authorizes the Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency to execute <br />the repayment contract, with the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of San.
