1 2�1 3, 4. 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18' 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 i RESOLUTION NO. 4521 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR HER OSA CEMETERY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby adopt the following rules and regulations governing the City owned Hermosa Cemetery: 1. The Cemetery must be paid 24 hours prior to service time. 2. All mortuaries must make arrangements for services two (2) days prior to the actual service. 3. The flowers must be cut flowers only, in an approved cemetery vase. 4. No potted plants will be allowed to be counter sunk into the ground (they may be placed on top). 5. No placement of flowers in coffee cans, pipes or bottles. 6. All flowers will be removed as they die off. 7. A handling charge of $50 will be assessed.against any mortuary requiring Cemetery personnel to assist with the unloading of a vault. 8. Saturday Services: A. The Cemetery must be able to start lowering the casket by 11:00 a.m. B. The Cemetery will collect a $50 deposit prior to service from the mortuary, which will be refunded to payee if the casket is lowered by 11:00 a.m. If not the $50 deposit will be forfeited. C. No Saturday services will be scheduled after 11:00 a.m. 9. Weekday Services: A. The Cemetery must be able to start lowering the casket by 3:00 p.m. B. The Cemetery will collect a $50 deposit prior to service from the mortuary for any service scheduled after 2:00 p.m. which will be refunded to payee if the casket is lowered by 3:00 p.m. if not, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
