No Chapel after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays. <br />10. Opening and Closing: <br />A. Pre -paid opening and closing is no longer accepted. The <br />opening and closing must be paid 24 hours prior to service. <br />B. Previously pre -paid opening and closing will be accepted <br />for the original payee. This service is non-transferrable <br />when the plot is sold to another individual. However, if <br />the original payee wishes to up -grade their plot, the opening <br />and closing will be allowed on the new plot. <br />11. Selling of Plots: <br />A. A owner may sell his plot at any time. The Cemetery will <br />not sell plots for owners. <br />B. The Cemetery will buy back a plot at the original purchase <br />price plus $20 administrative charges. <br />C. Any individual wishing to up -grade a plot may do so. They <br />will be credited with the original purchase price of their <br />`current plot and be charged the difference between the old <br />plot and the new plot, plus $20 administrative charge. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this: 6th day of November, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
