Effect of Second Amendment. Except as specifically <br />provided in this Second Amendment, the Agreement remains in full force <br />and effect. <br />Section 3. Effective Date of Second Amendment. This Second <br />Amendment shall take effect upon its execution and delivery. <br />Section 4. Execution in Counterparts.
