2. <br />3. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />HOME ENERGY & WATER SURVEY PROGRAM <br />Introduction <br />ATT <br />EcoGroup has developed a residential home energy and water surve gram under <br />EcoGroup's Success 2002 series of products. The City of Colt o s selected EcoGroup <br />to implement a home energy and water survey direct mail progr MP). The DMP <br />program will provide City of Colton with the ability to provide conomical energy and <br />water audit for end-use consumers and a value-added custo rvice product to increase <br />end-use consumer satisfaction. The DMP program will be emented in a proactive <br />manner and will provide end-use customers with a perso d report and meaningful <br />recommendations on making their energy and water u . re efficient. Information provided <br />to the customer will be based on the customer's actu ge history and answers to the DMP <br />survey. The program is designed to increase custo atisfaction and encourage brand <br />loyalty among customers participating in the pro, , as well as increase participation in <br />other City of Colton residential programs. <br />Workscope Description <br />City of Colton will implement a three A=ear DMP program to assist in educating <br />customers on energy and water e i , lowering high bill inquiries, and building <br />relationships and brand equity. T gram will be implemented to a guaranteed target of <br />5,000 residential customers eac, during a three year program for a total of 15,000. <br />Printed Materials <br />3.1 EcoGroup s rint a total of 15,000 sets of program materials. Program <br />materials s clude the following: Energy & Water Survey, Outgoing Survey <br />Envelope iness Reply Envelope, Reminder Card, Report Paper, and Outgoing <br />Report lope. <br />3.2 Prin aterials will use EcoGroup's existing Southern California design. <br />Cu ization of the printed materials shall be limited to City of Colton's name, <br />1 and minor text changes printed in black ink. Should City of Colton request <br />ional customization to the program materials beyond those specified herein, <br />h additional work will be provided by EcoGroup pursuant to City of Colton's <br />ecifications and based upon EcoGroup',s fee schedule in the attached Exhibit C. <br />EcoGroup, Inc. <br />8 1996.
