4.7 City of Colton understands that program pricing is based upon use of existi <br />software, question set and output text. Should City of Colton wish toma <br />modifications to either the DMP question set or output text, EcoGroup <br />provide revised pricing to City of Colton. , <br />4.8 Each household that completes and returns an energy and water y receives <br />a DMP profile report. The report is unique to each customer t articipates in <br />the program because it is developed based on the customer' al energy and <br />water consumption coupled with their end-use profile and gy and water <br />consumption habits which are obtained from the compl urvey. It is <br />important to note that in those instances where the ac onsumption history is <br />not available because, for example, the customer is to the City of Colton or <br />the customer's home was just built, the program use sophisticated <br />theoretical calculations of energy and water co ption in the creation of the <br />profile report. <br />4.9 The profile report explains to a customer ' they are currently using energy <br />and water, when and why they can exp eir energy and water bills to <br />change, (increase for the heating and ng seasons and decrease during the <br />mild seasons) and what they can do anage and control their energy and <br />water costs. In addition to provid' e participating household with energy <br />and water education, the profile rt can promote other City of Colton <br />programs and services which ave the greatest appeal to the customer such <br />as appliance recycling and hi ficiency water heaters and encourage the <br />customer to take full advan of the program offerings. <br />4.10 The profile report, incl individualized recommendations, is customized to <br />each individual Gusto " he profile consists of the following components: <br />4.10.1 The first palff the report will consist of a personalized letter signed by <br />a City of n representative thanking the customer for participating in <br />the progz The letter asks the participant to read through their report, <br />and rei,- es the importance of implementing the recommendations <br />given,;o provided on the first page will be two or three energy and <br />wate ing recommendations and a summary of the total energy and <br />wa `` ollar savings possible by implementing all report <br />4.10. e second page of the report will consist of a Monthly Water Use graph <br />dicating current and proposed water consumption for each month of <br />the year. Also on this page is a breakout of where the customer's water <br />dollars go by end use category and a pie chart comparing the annual <br />percentage of water used indoor and outdoor. <br />10.3 The third page of the report will consist of a 12 -Month energy <br />consumption history which graphically shows how much money each <br />Confidential - EcoGroup, Inc. 11 1996.
