It also summ s the total number of Eco -Benefits® to be <br />earned. r` <br />Processing Services <br />5.1 EcoGroup shall supply alrentral <br />pment and labor needed for processing each end- <br />use survey that is comp;nd returned. Processing of end-use surveys will <br />take place at EcoGrou processing center in Tempe, Arizona utilizing <br />EcoGroup's equipm, <br />5.2 City of Colton an Group shall develop and mutually agree upon a schedule <br />for mailing ("m ' schedule") energy and water surveys to selected residential <br />customers. Th it -out schedule will be designed to gain the highest possible <br />energy and w urvey completion rate and to provide EcoGroup with an even <br />workload f mailing and processing of energy and water surveys. EcoGroup <br />and City o ton recognize that periodic adjustments may need to be made to the <br />mail -out, dule. Changes to the mail -out schedule suggested by the requesting <br />party w' subject to approval by the other party. <br />5.3 In n9wnt shall EcoGroup be required to prepare and mail more than 350 energy <br />an er surveys in one day ("daily mail -out capacity"), or process more than 150 <br />e and water surveys in one day ("daily processing capacity"). <br />5.4 oGroup shall process the energy and water surveys within five (5) business days <br />f receipt, unless the number of energy and water surveys received for processing <br />exceeds EcoGroup's daily processing capacity referenced in Paragraph 9.3 above. <br />If the number of energy and water surveys received by EcoGroup exceeds <br />EcoGroup's daily processing capacity, then EcoGroup will make every effort to <br />process any unprocessed energy and water surveys as quickly as possible, <br />Confidential - EcoGroup, Inc. 12 1996.
