LOFY PARK <br />Placement: Advertising signs and banners may be affixed to all outfield fences. <br />Sign Construction: All signs and banners shall be made of durable materials including but not <br />limited to cloth and/or wood. Signs shall be affixed to the outfield fence in <br />a manner that does not create a dangerous condition (i.e. no exposed <br />metal wiring, nails or fasteners). <br />Maximum Number of Signs: A maximum of 15 advertising signs or banners shall be permitted. <br />Maximum Size: Signs and banners shall not exceed 30 square feet in area. <br />Maximum Height: No sign or banner shall be placed above the top of the outfield <br />fence. In addition, no sign or banner shall be placed higher than <br />fifteen feet (15') above the grade of the playing field. <br />Maintenance: All signs must be maintained in a neat and attractive manner, free from <br />breaking and/or tattering. <br />RVPUBIMXM1660218 <br />-2- <br />
