The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit "A," which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, do not exceed the actual or estimated costs <br />to the City of providing and maintaining the services and facilities to which the fees relate. <br />6. The fees and fee increases are necessary to enable the City to provide <br />the facilities and services to which they relate. <br />7. The new and increased fees set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby <br />approved and adopted as the official fees of the City of Colton for the community and park <br />services and facilities referenced in Exhibit "A." <br />8. This Resolution shall repeal any other resolutions or portions thereof to <br />the extent that such resolutions or portions thereof are in conflict with this Resolution. <br />9.
