The City Council of the City of Colton hereby denies the appeal of the <br />Application and upholds the decisions of the Design Review Committee and Planning Commission <br />denying the continued placement of a chain link fence on property located at 1537 Macy Avenue for <br />the reasons set forth in the record of the proceedings. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
