Notice of the public hearing at which this Resolution was considered <br />was properly given pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 66016, in <br />which: (1) the City published notice of the public hearing twice at least 10 days before <br />the date of the hearing; (2) the City sent notice of the meeting at least 14 dayt in <br />advance to any interested person who had filed a written request; and (3) the City made <br />available to the public at least 10 days before the meeting the data indicating the amount <br />of the estimated costs required to provide the service for which the proposed Fees will <br />be levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the service, including General <br />Fund revenues. <br />2. All oral and written presentations made to and heard by the City <br />Council during the public hearing for this Resolution were properly considered. <br />3. The cost estimates, including the data upon which the cost <br />estimates are based, which was produced by City staff and considered by the City <br />Council in establishing the Fees pursuant to this Resolution, are reasonable cost <br />estimates for the provision of the City services to which the Fees pertain and were made <br />available to the public pursuant to Government Code section 66016. <br />4. There is a reasonable relationship between the Fee to be collected <br />for the provision of City services described in this Resolution and the City's costs in <br />providing those services, as identified in the data made available to the public. <br />5. The City Council hereby establishes the following Fees for <br />preferential parking permits: <br />CLASSIFICATION <br />EXISTING FEE <br />First Residence/Business Unit Permit $ 0 <br />First Guest Permit $ 0 <br />Permit for Each Additional Owned Vehicle $ 0 <br />Permit Replacement Fee (lost/unreturned) $ 0 <br />Temporary Special Event Permit (3 days) $ 0 <br />PROPOSED FEE <br />$0 <br />$0 <br />$10 <br />$ 25 <br />$0 <br />6.
