R-156-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO <br />PUBLIC EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION (MID -MANAGER UNIT) AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino <br />Public Employee t Association held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et.
