R-26-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />R-90-03, THE CONSOLIDATED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND <br />BETWEEN THE COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA (CWA) AND <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of meetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Communications Workers of <br />America (CWA) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Consolidated Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part <br />hereof and adopted hereby; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does authorize the City Manager or his <br />designee, to sign the Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the City; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2004, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2005. <br />az A - <br />,�. <br />DEIRDRE H.
