1 <br />A Description of the Method of Apportionment resulting in an Assessment Rate per Unit for <br />2 each Benefit Zone for Fiscal Year 2005/2006. <br />3 District Assessment Diagrams showing the exterior of boundaries of the Assessment District <br />4 and/or the Benefit Zones therein. <br />The 2005/2006 Assessment Collection Roll with the proposed assessment apportioned to <br />5 each lot or parcel. <br />6 Section 3: The Engineer's Report is hereby approved on a preliminary basis pending a <br />public hearing, and ordered to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk as a permanent record <br />7 and to remain open to public inspection. <br />8 Section 4: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution <br />9 and the minutes of this meeting shall so reflect the presentation of the Engineer's Report. <br />10 Section 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; <br />shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute <br />11 of passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said <br />City, in the minutes of the meeting at which Resolution is passes and adopted. <br />12 <br />13 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF APRIL, 2005. <br />14 D <br />15 Jp� <br />HELEN A.
