The redemption fee is necessary to enable the City to continue to provide the <br />services to which it relates at costs which do not require the City's General Fund to substantially <br />subsidize the services. <br />8. The redemption fee is hereby approved and adopted as the official fee of the <br />City of Colton for the removal and storage of any abandoned cart within the City, as referenced in <br />Colton Municipal Code section 6.18.090. <br />9. This Resolution shall repeal any other resolutions or portions thereof to the <br />extent that such resolutions or portions thereof are in conflict with this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of June, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />1�• <br />CAROLINA P.
