Notice of the public hearing at which this Resolution was considered was <br />properly given pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 66016, in which: (1) the City <br />published notice of the public hearing twice at least 10 days before the date of the hearing; (2) the <br />City sent notice of the meeting at least 14 days in advance to any interested person who had filed a <br />written request; and (3) the City made available to the public at least 10 days before the meeting the <br />data indicating the amount of the estimated costs required to provide the service for which the <br />proposed redemption fee will be levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the service, <br />including General Fund revenues. <br />2. All oral and written presentations made to and heard by the City Council <br />during the public hearing for this Resolution were properly considered. <br />3. The cost estimates, including the data upon which the cost estimates are <br />based, which was produced by City staff and considered by the City Council in establishing the <br />redemption fee pursuant to this Resolution, are reasonable cost estimates for the provision of the <br />City services to which the redemption fee pertains and were made available to the public pursuant to <br />Government Code section 66016. <br />4. There is a reasonable relationship between the redemption fee to be collected <br />for the provision of City services described in this Resolution and the City's costs in providing those <br />services, as identified in the data made available to the public. <br />5. The redemption fee for the removal and storage of any abandoned cart within <br />the City shall be $25 per cart. <br />6. The redemption fee amount does not exceed the actual or estimated <br />reasonable costs to the City of providing the services to which the fee relates. Those services <br />include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Street Division personnel staff time to retrieve <br />2 <br />
