The penalty for a second <br />administrative citation issued within a twelve month period for the same violation shall be one <br />thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). The penalty for a third and each subsequent <br />administrative citation for the same violation issued within a twelve month period shall be two <br />thousand dollars ($2,000). <br />3. Fines not paid prior to their due date shall be subject to an additional <br />twenty-five dollar ($25) penalty every day of delinquency. <br />4. This Resolution shall repeal Resolution No. R-71-00, as well as any other <br />resolution(s) or portions thereof, to the extent that such resolution(s) or portions thereof are in <br />conflict with this Resolution. <br />5.
