OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Manager of the City of San Bernardino as the signatory for <br />the enterprise zone application for the proposed San Bernardino Valley Enterprise Zone <br />(SBVEZ) <br />Section 2. The County's Director of the Department of Economic Development, or <br />designee, as the signatory of the MOU between HCD and the proposed SBVEZ, as well as <br />other documents necessary for the implementation of the Enterprise Zone. <br />Section 3. The County's Director of the Department of Economic Development, or <br />designee, as the authorized Contact person for the SBVEZ; and <br />Section 4. The City of San Bernardino as the authorized Lead Agency for all <br />environmental review purposes through the final certification of the Environmental Impact <br />Report and the City Planner of the Developrr,ent Services Department of the City is <br />authorized to sign all documents relating to the environmental review process. <br />Section 5.
