The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute Amendment No. 3 on behalf of the City, together with such technical and conforming <br />changes to the text of Amendment No. 3 as may be recommended by the City Attorney, so <br />as to conform the text to the specific responsibilities assumed by the City under the Funding <br />and Construction Management Agreement, as amended by Amendment No. 3. The City <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to administer the responsibilities of the City <br />assumed under the Funding Construction Management Agreement, as amended by <br />Amendment No. 3. <br />Section 5. As necessary, the City Manager and Executive Director is <br />authorized to make further adjustments which may extend the timelines or reallocate funds <br />among the projects previously approved by the City Council and Executive Director. <br />Section 6.
