Certification. Recordation and Retention. The City Clerk shall cause a <br />certified copy of this Resolution, attested by the City Clerk under seal, to be recorded without <br />acknowledgment, certificate of acknowledgment, or further proof, in the office of the San <br />Bernardino County Recorder. Pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code section <br />8336, no fee shall be charged for such recordation. The City Clerk shall permanently <br />maintain a true and correct copy of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Completion of Vacation. Upon the date this Resolution is recorded, the <br />vacation shall be complete and the portion of the alleyway described herein will no longer <br />constitute a street or highway. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon its <br />adoption. <br />SECTION 7. California Environmental Quality Act. The City Council hereby finds <br />and determines that it can be seen with certainty there is no possibility that this action <br />may have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Thus, the action under this <br />Resolution is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000 et seg.) ("CEQA") pursuant to Section <br />15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines. Staff is directed to file a Notice of <br />Exemption with the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office as soon as possible upon <br />the adoption of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF APRIL 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
