Y <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT EMPLOYEE SERVICES <br />-ARAN FU DED POSITION <br />School Age Child Care Coordinator <br />i <br />i <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 10th <br />day of May, 1987, by and between, the CITY OF -COL=, <br />_a municipal corporation, hereinafter referreto as <br />"City", and Susan Brigham hereinafter referred <br />to as "Employee. <br />I <br />RECITALS <br />The City needs and requires the services of a contract <br />employee for the purpose of developing, administering <br />and supervising the City of Colton's School Age Child Care <br />program for extended day care services. <br />City and Employee therefore agree as follows: <br />II <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Employee shall act in the capacity of a Contract City <br />Employee with the following duties: <br />I <br />(a) Coordinate and implement all aspects of the <br />i School Age Child Care Program in accordance with <br />State Department of Education guidelines and <br />project design. <br />(b) Plan and coordinate staffing needs for program <br />operations. <br />" (e) Provide for the delivery of age-appropriate <br />education, cultural,and recreational services for <br />school age children and their parents. <br />(d) Prepare budget requests for program operations and <br />coordinate fiscal management with City staff. <br />(e) Develop, impalement .and evaluate the goals and <br />objectives of the School Age Child Care Program. <br />
