Inc, <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE • PLANNINIIG <br />d <br />Dear Jaime: <br />We have revised the scope of work to reflect a less intensive <br />p<ark desi gn and have included the servi ces required for the <br />design of picnic facilities, fencing, sign lo'ations, and other <br />passive park activities. <br />At this time, we do not plan to have a major flood control <br />problem on the site. We recognize a drainaae channel runs <br />through the site and plan to evaluate the implications this .has <br />during the conceptual design phase.
