SURVEYING <br />to Survey - Boundary verifications, existing tree loca- <br />tions, and level circuit. <br />2. Topography - P1ot at 30 scale with 1 -foot contours <br />onto x42" sheet with.title blo`ks. <br />3. Graphics - Base map preparation showing utilities, <br />street names, right -of -way, property line and dimen- <br />sions, bearings, existing street widths and site fea- <br />tures. <br />B. MASTER PLANNING: <br />1. Project Base Sheet - We will prepare a base sheet at <br />an app ropri ate scale for the total site from <br />topographic maps and baseline data` as providd by our. <br />Ci vi 1. Engineer. <br />2. Site Analysis - We will visit/study the site and <br />verity existing site conditions, existing engineering <br />problems and physical limitations and design oppor- <br />tunity. We will present the site analysis, oppor- <br />tunities and constraints at the first meeting with <br />the City. <br />3. Conceptual Planning - We will prepare two (2) rough <br />conceptual plans of the major design features of the <br />project which will include the open space, seating, <br />sign locations, picnic areas, fencing, and other <br />amenities. The intent of the first plan is to <br />facilitate input at the first meeting with the City <br />and generally express design concepts and discuss <br />design alternatives. The secon _plan wi11 be a <br />refinement of the first design and will be used for <br />approval to develop working drawings, <br />4. Meetings and Presentations - We understand that there <br />w I be three meetings with the City as follows: <br />a. Kickoff meeting with City to review existing site <br />data and program requirements. <br />b. RHA, Inc. review of concept plan with City. <br />C.
