(,3) Unless otherwise approved by the Department, the dimensions ns ns of the padmounted transformers shall be within limits specified in the attaches] sketch. (4) Arrangement of bayonet fuse, drip shield, HV bushing wells, parking stand, Lap changer -twitch, primary load break switch and low voltage spade termination shrall be as shown on sketch. (8) Transformers should have cabinet door opening. {S) To prevent formation of crust, the underside of each transformer shall be coated with, a suitable asphaltic material, coal tar epoxy or with a paint system which has been approved by the Department. (7) Certified test reportvalues for nes load losses and total losses at rated KVA shall be submitted with the transformer at time of ship- ping'.
